Taleody is not responsible for verifying the copyright status of files uploaded or imported by users.
If we receive a valid legal request or copyright complaint, we may take appropriate action, which may include removing access to content or disabling relevant features.
7. Data retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide Taleody, improve the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Imported books, highlights, bookmarks, and reading progress may remain stored until you delete them or delete your account, depending on how the app stores your data.
If you delete a book from Taleody, we will remove it from your app library. Some limited technical records may remain for a short time in backups, logs, or security systems.
